Owners, Graham & Rachel Bucknall are the heartbeat of our TBC team – you’ll often find Rachel behind the bar, or reluctantly keeping score for The Ship Inn cricket team whilst Graham is our numbers man but also claims to be a competent cricketer….
Day to Day, The Crusoe crew is led by our General Manager, Ross and our Head Chef Ritchie D’aeth, both of whom are passionate about great service and delicious food.
And…of course, we’d be nothing without our amazing crew, all of whom are remarkably committed to ensuring our guests have an amazing experience time and time again.
