

‘A Taste of Portugal’ 4-course dinner and wine pairing

| £85This December, The Crusoe and Liberty Wines will be hosting ‘A Taste of Portugal’. A four-course dining experience inspired by Port, Wine and Portuguese cuisine.
Highlights from the menu include bacalhau (salted cod), porco a alentejana( braised pork and clams) and bolo rei ( Portuguese Christmas King’s cake). Each dish will be expertly paired with a Portuguese wine, followed by a port tasting flight, offering diners the chance to sip their way through different varieties and vintages of Porto’s most famous export, paired with one of Portugal’s signature cheeses – queiro de serra da estrela. The ports come from our friends at Sandeman’s, one of Porto’s most famous names.
‘A Taste of Portugal’ is designed both for those who already know something about Portugal and all for those who would like to learn more about Portugal’s fabulous and often overlooked food and wines, . And it’s a fabulous way to kick off your Advent season with friends and family. We hope you can join us.
